Job Description
Join The Digital Penguin as a Conversational AI Engineer. Build, configure, and train voice/SMS agents; design conversational flows and IVR; integrate with CRMs/APIs; create knowledge bases and prompts; ensure TCPA compliance. Require experience with Twilio/Vapi/ElevenLabs/OpenAI/Air.ai, telephony/API integration, prompt engineering, troubleshooting. Access to AI tools and long-term, cross-industry work. Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month.
