Job Description
The First Law is seeking a Client Service Representative to handle customer interactions and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely issue resolution.
