Job Description
We are hiring a Driver Hiring Specialist to manage and streamline the recruitment process of drivers for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong connections in the transport and logistics industry, demonstrating the ability to quickly source, screen, and onboard quality drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit drivers through industry contacts and outreach
- Maintain a network of drivers across various regions
- Conduct interviews and verify driver documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and training

- Track driver hiring and performance
