Job Description
Job Summary:
The CRM Key Account Executive will oversee daily CRM operations, including order processing, shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and return handling across various e-commerce platforms. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, prompt communication with customers and courier services, and regular updates to internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from multiple sales platforms.
- Create and print shipping labels using courier portals.
- Track shipments and update their status accordingly.
- Contact customers for delivery issues.
- File online claims for shipment problems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
