Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years (USA campaign experience mandatory). We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Call Representative with proven experience in handling outbound sales or customer service calls for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, promoting company services, following up on leads, and achieving call targets. Requirements include excellent English communication skills, negotiation abilities, and comfort in night shifts.
