Job Description
The Hive is seeking a dedicated Community Officer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting and checking them in with a warm welcome. Your role includes scheduling facility tours, managing walk-ins, and ensuring potential clients receive complete information.
Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new clients, maintain records in our CRM, and prepare presentations for guests. Ideal candidates should have proven experience as a concierge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Multilingual abilities and a degree in hotel management are preferred.
