Job Description
Join our team as a Community Associate to build and nurture vibrant member relationships. You will moderate forums, onboard and support members, organize virtual and in-person events, collect feedback, and track community metrics. Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to amplify engagement and drive retention. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in community or customer-facing roles, excellent written and verbal communication, event coordination experience, and familiarity with social platforms and analytics tools. Strong empathy, problem-solving, and project organization required. Part-time and full-time positions available with growth opportunities.
