We’re looking for an Admin & Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day functions of our short-term rental management company and help drive operational excellence.
About Us
The Opus Luxury Residences manages a portfolio of luxury apartments for short-term rental properties across Lahore and UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing returns for property owners.
Operations and Administrative Management
· Support and Assist GM Admin and Operations to optimize daily operations across the organization.
· Prepare and monitor execution of property , maintenance, and turnover schedules.
· Maintain accurate records of property activity, bookings, visitors, and vendor communications.
.Oversee third-party vendors (cleaners, maintenance teams, inspectors), ensuring service standards and timeliness.
· Manage inventory levels of supplies and coordinate restocking processes.
. Maintain accurate records of property activity, bookings, costs, and vendor communications.
· Streamline documentation, workflows, and internal systems for better efficiency.
· Implement and manage reporting tools to track performance and operational metrics.
· Directly responsible for property, maintenance and readiness, and ensure consistent quality control.
· Monitor compliance with building SOPs and regulations related to short-term rental, visitors, insurance requirements, and safety standards.
· Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively with minimal disruption.

· Have a bachelor degree preferably in business administration.

. Have a strong grasp of systems, tools, and workflows related to property or hospitality operations.

· Communicate clearly and diplomatically—with owners, guests, vendors, and your team.
. Have strong grip on Microsoft Excel and Word
Bonus Points If You:
· Are familiar with platforms like Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, or similar PMS systems.
· Have knowledge of local regulations related to STRs (Short-Term Rentals).
· Enjoy building structure and order in growing businesses.
Salary: 45,00 to 50,00, based on skills and experience.
Schedule: Full-time willing to work beyond working hours and under pressure when required during peak periods.
