Job Description
Join The Potato Factory International as a Counter Service Representative at Dolmen Mall Clifton. Greet customers, take and enter orders accurately in the POS, promote deals and upsell, handle cash and card payments, coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery, resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed, and keep the counter and dining area clean. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Bachelor’s or Intermediate with restaurant experience Rs40,00/month; Intermediate only Rs34,00/month. Benefits include double holiday pay, overtime, KPI incentives (up to 8%), meal allowance (Rs2,600) and leave encashment. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 6–12 months restaurant experience.
