Job Description
The Roshaan’s, a reputed national furniture manufacturer, seeks an Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a professional store ambiance. Duties include leading and motivating the sales team, verifying daily sales and deposits, resolving customer issues, managing inventory and merchandising, coordinating sales, marketing and budgets, liaising with regional managers and factory for on-time deliveries, and using ERP and MS Office. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing (Master preferred), 5+ years retail/outlet management, strong communication, leadership and analytical skills, presentable professional appearance, age 30–35, English preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs90,00–Rs110,00/month.
