Job Description
Join SourceTek (a Services Tree portfolio company) as a Business Development Executive based in Lahore, Johar Town (on-site). Full-time, US timings; salary PKR 150,00–200,00 + commission. You will prospect and call potential clients, build and maintain relationships, qualify requirements, support candidate matching, attend client meetings, track sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and assist in deal closures. Requirements: 2–4 years in business development, sales, or recruitment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience; initiative and a target-driven mindset.
