Job Description
We are The Skin Xperts, and we are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who is knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Excel to manage our internal accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare Accounts Payable Aging reports.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
- Assist the accounting manager with month-end tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
