Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Skin Xperts. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, confirming orders, and generating sales via WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp.
• Resolve concerns and confirm order statuses.
• Promote products and generate sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate/Graduate
• Languages: Fluency in Urdu; mid-level English
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Salary: Rs 30,00 – Rs 40,00 per month at Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
