Job Description
The Success Ventures seeks a motivated Business Development Manager based in I-9, Islamabad. Competitive market-based salary (depending on experience). Responsibilities: identify and develop new business, build and maintain client relationships, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, conduct market research and competitor analysis, prepare proposals and reports, coordinate with internal teams, and visit clients and dealerships. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; 2–4 years in business development or sales; strong communication and negotiation skills; target-driven and self-motivated; own bike preferred; field sales experience a plus.
