Position: Customer Support & Chat Support Officer

Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00/month

Key Responsibilities: Provide support across various platforms, manage the order life-cycle, and convert chats into sales.

Requirements: Excellent English and Urdu communication, strong customer engagement skills, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
