Job Description
The Techno Studio UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, particularly with USA clients, and possess outstanding communication skills.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CSR experience (preferably with USA clients)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Able to work in various shifts according to USA time zones
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
