Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CTO to lead our technology strategy and development initiatives. The CTO will oversee the company’s tech operations, drive innovation, and ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with 4–5 years of experience in software development, team leadership, and technology management who is ready to take on a strategic leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor the development team to ensure efficient delivery of projects.

Oversee system design, software development, and deployment of technical solutions.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance products and internal processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technology support for business operations.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of systems.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

4–5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or tech management role.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, development frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Experience in leading small to medium-sized tech teams.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred:

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech].

Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI/ML, and modern software development methodologies.
