Job Description
We seek a Male Hostel Warden to oversee all boys’ hostels at The University of Lahore. Responsibilities include room allocation and recordkeeping, resident database and fee collection, maintenance oversight, mess quality monitoring, procurement coordination, staff supervision, student interaction and discipline enforcement (reporting serious incidents), grievance resolution, stakeholder communication, and implementation of institutional decisions. Candidates should hold a graduate/masters (administration/management/social sciences preferred), have 7–8 years’ prior warden experience, strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, be physically fit and willing to reside on campus.
