Job Description
Full-time on-site (7pm–4am). Lead and coach call center agents to meet targets; handle escalations; train staff; monitor performance, report metrics; assist scheduling. Requirements: 1+ year leadership (≥1 year as supervisor), strong communication and leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, experience with call center software and MS Office, English proficiency, calm under pressure.
