Job Description
Lead our Final Expense Telesales night team (7pm–4am) in Rawalpindi. Oversee daily call center ops, KPIs, staffing, training, schedules and efficiency improvements. Require 2+ years operations management (call center/final expense), proven target achievement, strong leadership and communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
