Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage correspondence, and assist the team with clerical tasks. Candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including mailing, scanning, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage inquiries.
- Assist in office activities, meetings, and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
