Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to enhance our team. In this key role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer general administrative support such as mailing and filing.
- Maintain timely communication with clients.
- Prepare and manage official documents using MS Word.
- Organize office activities and events.
- Handle incoming communications professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
