Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Relation Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and completing clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks like mailing, scanning, and document copying.
- Follow up with clients, ensuring prompt communication.
- Prepare and file official documents using MS Word.
- Assist in planning office activities and events.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.
