Job Description
We are hiring a CS and IT Officer responsible for delivering excellent customer support and maintaining IT systems. You will manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support basic network and server administration, implement routine backups and security updates, document incidents, and train end users. Collaborate with teams to escalate complex problems and improve service processes. Required: associate’s/bachelor’s in IT or related field, 1+ years in customer service or technical support, strong communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills. Familiarity with Windows/Linux, basic networking, and common helpdesk tools preferred. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.
