Job Description
Thrive Health seeks a Customer Service Manager to manage client relations: welcome clients, provide information, schedule appointments, handle billing/correspondence, and resolve concerns. Support Clinic Practice Manager and work with doctors, therapists, and specialists. Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Main Boulevard). Hours: 9am–6pm (Sat 9am–2pm, Sun closed). Female-led; women encouraged to apply. Requirements: Bachelor’s, English fluency, 1 year client-facing preferred. Skills: calm, organized, MS Office. Pay: Rs45,00–50,00/month. Full-time, in-person.
