About Us:

Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is a premium skincare and aesthetics clinic, dedicated to providing evidence-based, result-driven aesthetic treatments in a professional and hygienic environment. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation & Treatment Planning

• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and analysis
• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments
• Build trust through professional guidance and education

2. Performing Aesthetic Treatments

• Deliver non-invasive facial and body treatments such as:
• HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, BB Glow, PRP, Chemical Peels, etc.
• Operate aesthetic machines and devices with proper protocols
• Maintain detailed client records of services and progress

3. Hygiene & Clinic Standards

• Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols
• Ensure cleanliness of tools, machines, and treatment rooms before and after each client
• Maintain a calm, safe, and client-focused environment

4. Product Knowledge & Retail Support

• Recommend suitable skincare products based on individual needs
• Maintain knowledge of in-house product lines and ingredients
• Support retail sales targets through genuine client education

5. Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with doctors, fellow aestheticians, and front desk team
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Submit treatment reports and feedback to the Branch Manager regularly

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, polite, and client-focused attitude
• Comfortable working with clinical equipment and cosmetic products
• Detail-oriented with strong ethics and professionalism

Qualification: Bachelor’s in any of the following:

• Dermal Sciences
• Aesthetics & Cosmetology
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Any relevant medical/aesthetic qualification
