Job Description
Join our team as an Educational Counselor to support students in academic planning, course selection, and college or career guidance. You will provide one-on-one counseling, develop individualized education plans, conduct workshops, and coordinate with faculty and families. Required: bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field; strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills; experience with student assessment preferred. Must maintain confidentiality, work flexible hours, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and a passion for student success.
