Job Description
Location: Sunder Industrial Estate
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Executive responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including managing receipts and payments, ensuring accurate sales and purchase entries, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily receipts into the accounting system.
- Post sales entries and generate invoices.
- Reconcile sales tax invoices.
- Process vendor payments.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
