Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Sales to enhance sales growth and manage customer relationships in the automobile parts manufacturing industry. This position requires a strong understanding of the rubber industry to identify new business opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development.
- Maintain relationships with existing local customers.
- Ensure timely sales recoveries and support sales operations.
- Conduct market research and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Prepare reports and present at Management Review Meetings.
