Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will provide counseling on policies and procedures, actively participate in recruitment, create effective onboarding plans, and develop performance management processes.
The HR Manager will also handle disciplinary issues, maintain employee records, and perform daily administrative tasks. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR practices and excellent communication skills.
