Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks an Executive Assistant to manage executive schedules, travel, meetings, and communications; coordinate media and public appearances; draft communications; and support company videos and promotional content. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Media/Business or related, excellent communication and organizational skills, adaptable, proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing, comfortable on camera; prior EA experience preferred.
