Job Description
We are seeking a Final Expense Sales Trainer to recruit, develop, and coach agents selling final expense insurance. You will design training programs, lead workshops and ride-alongs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company and state regulations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of final expense or life insurance sales experience, proven training or coaching skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for in-person sessions. Insurance license preferred or willing to obtain. Responsibilities include creating sales materials, conducting performance reviews, and driving consistent closing techniques across the team.
