Job Description
Tracking World Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative to manage calls, messages, and emails. Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, update customer records, share product/service information, and escalate to relevant teams when needed.
Requirements: Good communication, basic computer skills, patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. Work location: in person.
