Job Description
TrackPad in Karachi (Gulshan-e-Jamal) seeks a full-time Female Customer Support Specialist to manage WhatsApp Business chats. Shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. You will receive 1–2 months of paid training. Responsibilities include handling WhatsApp inquiries, providing product and order information, following up leads, maintaining customer records, coordinating with teams, and representing the brand professionally. Requirements: female candidates only; 6–12 months customer support or chat experience preferred; strong written English or Urdu; tech-savvy with good typing and multitasking; punctual and solution-oriented; WhatsApp Business familiarity a plus.
