Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics seeks a full-time Sweeper Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff, schedule daily tasks, and maintain cleanliness across the facility. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance and duties, supervising sweeping, mopping, restroom maintenance and waste disposal, managing cleaning supplies and requisitions, training new staff, reporting maintenance or leaks, enforcing health and safety standards, and preparing daily/weekly reports. Qualifications: minimum high school/matriculation preferred, cleaning operations and team-management experience, strong communication and leadership skills. Work location: on-site. Job Type: Full-time.
