Job Description
Sweeper Supervisor at Traditions by Saleem Fabrics. Oversee and schedule cleaning staff, ensure cleanliness across all areas (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, waste disposal), monitor attendance, manage supplies and requisitions, train new sweepers, report maintenance or leakage issues, enforce health and safety guidelines, and prepare daily or weekly reports for management. Requires minimum high school diploma or equivalent, experience in cleaning operations and team management, and strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills. Full-time, on-site position.
