Job Description
Translation Empire is seeking a passionate and organized Learning & Development Officer to support our internal training programs. In this vital mid-level role, you will help drive employee performance and foster a strong learning culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing training programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
