Job Description
Translation Empire is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring effective communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
This office-based position operates from 10 AM to 7 PM at our DHA Sector F office in Rwp. Salary is market competitive.
