Job Description
We are seeking a Troubleshooter to handle GPON and fiber access issues, perform in-city customer visits, relocate ONTs/STBs, conduct lab testing and upgrades, collect faulty devices, and coordinate with CSD and Engineering for timely task completion. You will maintain daily task logs and weekly inventory reports, support Field Operations, and meet strict timelines. Requirements: B-TECH/DAE in Telecom/Electrical, 1–2 years ISP/telecom experience, strong customer communication, GPON and end-user device knowledge, MS Office skills, own conveyance, and ability to work under pressure. Full-time position based in Lahore. Salary: Rs40,00–45,00 per month.
