Job Description
We are hiring Call Center Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- CCR will act as a intermediary between company and its customers.
- Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and email clients.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Ms Office
- Basic understanding of Call center working and rotational shifts
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Shift timings:
8 hours shift (Rotational)
