Job Description
Travigence UK is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for a USA-based packaging campaign. On-site night shifts (US timings). You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, assist U.S. business clients with custom boxes, provide product/pricing/turnaround details, update CRM, and hand off hot prospects to sales. Requirements: excellent spoken English (American accent preferred), prior call center or B2B experience, CRM and basic computer skills, target-oriented and punctual, able to work US night shifts. We offer fixed salary (from Rs80,00/month) plus incentives, professional training, growth opportunities, and stable long-term roles. Packaging or lead-generation experience is a plus.
