Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee daily operations at our branch. Responsibilities include supervising parcel sorting, delivery schedules, and staff management. The ideal candidate will recruit and motivate a team while ensuring exceptional customer service. Financial tasks include budget development and performance monitoring.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven operations management experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in logistics software.
