Job Description
Join Trillium Information Security Systems as a Calling Representative. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, engaging with clients/customers, and effectively addressing their inquiries.
Your responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing basic information about our services/products. A courteous and professional tone in all interactions is essential.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, and freshers to those with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
