Job Description
As an Investor Relations Specialist you will manage communications between the company and investors, prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and regulatory disclosures. You will analyze financial performance and market trends, coordinate investor meetings and earnings calls, and support senior leadership with shareholder engagement and messaging. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or communications, 3+ years in investor relations or financial communications, strong written and verbal skills, and proficiency with financial models and investor databases. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives are required.
