Job Description
Location: College Road, Township (Nearby candidates preferred)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Mode: On-site only
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for international US-based customer support campaigns. The role involves handling inbound calls, email support, and chat support for US clients. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and prior experience in international / US campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in an international call center / US campaign
- English Communication: Strong to exceptional (written and verbal)
- Neutral or American accent preferred
- Typing speed 35 WPM or above
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls for US clients
- Provide professional email and live chat support
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality
- Follow customer service standards and documentation procedures
