Job Description
Location: Valencia Town
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous assistance during billing and payments
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and online transactions as per company policies
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare end-of-shift cash reports
- Ensure correct posting of sales, discounts, and promotions in the POS system
- Coordinate with management and staff for smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier station
- Handle customer inquiries and billing issues professionally
- Follow company procedures for cash handling and record keeping
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a cashier (retail/store preferred)
- Strong numeracy skills with high attention to accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of retail operations and service flow
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
