Job Description
Lead sales operations to drive revenue growth, optimize processes, and align sales strategy with company goals. Oversee forecasting, CRM, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities include building scalable sales processes, improving pipeline visibility, managing forecasting and compensation, enabling the sales team, and leading a team of operations analysts.
Requirements: 8+ years in sales or revenue operations, strong data and analytical skills, Salesforce experience, proven leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
