Job Description
Manage high-volume calls, emails, web chats, and social media. Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions or alternatives. Maintain CRM records. Use product expertise to answer questions and pursue cross-sell/upsell. Escalate complex matters. Requirements: proven customer support experience, excellent verbal/written communication, active listening, problem solving, time management, multitasking, CRM and basic office software skills, positive empathetic attitude, minimum graduation.
