We are looking for a passionate and motivated female Key Account Manager to serve as a liaison between Ultimate Outsourcing LDT and our customers. You will prioritize addressing customer needs and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for your accounts.
- Maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
- Delivering excellent communication both spoken and written in English.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Providing daily and progress reports.
