Job Description
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT seeks a full-time Recruiter – Outsourcing Research Specialist in Bahawalpur (residents only), shift 12pm–9pm. Duties: source candidates from LinkedIn and UK premium job boards, craft search strings, perform data mining and lead generation, and maintain attention to detail, structure, and resilience. Requirements: fluent English (reading/writing), Google Sheets and MS Office proficiency, Bachelor’s preferred, 1 year recruitment experience preferred. Freshers welcome; market-competitive salary from Rs25,00/month after training. On-site role.
